June 2, 2026 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Participation is very encouraged and your own questions are centered, whether they're about a first hug, a new relationship, a workplace, or sex.

[Consent Academy] Consent and Leadership 2: Owning Your Power
June 6, 2026 9:00 am - 11:00 am
online via Zoom
Purchase tickets here!
“With great power comes great responsibility.”
Becoming a leader often means discovering you have power you never asked for or even wanted. At the same time, people will also expect you to have a lot more power in some areas than you actually do. What do you do with all these responsibilities?
This workshop will dive deep into power, where it comes from, how to recognize the power you have as a leader, and how to use it responsibly, ethically, and to create positive change.
Who is the Consent and Leadership Series for?
Anyone in formal and informal positions of leadership who finds their work expanding to include issues around consent, such as ethics, interpersonal conflict, and harm. If you host events, teach, organize, manage, or supervise people; if you are just the one people go to when a problem around consent comes up; if you care about creating consensual spaces and have some power to influence others — then this series is for you.
Meet your instructor, Ariana Coveney, Consent Academy Director:
Ariana has been a part of Consent Academy since 2018. She is an ordained Shingon Buddhist Monk, with a background in psychology, linguistics, and education focusing on violence prevention. She has lived and worked all over the world doing grassroots activism for LGBTQ+ rights and domestic violence prevention. Her perspectives on harm reduction and accountability are based in her Buddhism and her Choctaw cultural heritage.

Bondage for Beginners
June 6, 2026 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Gallery Erato, 309 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104, USA
Purchase tickets here!
Interested in adding some bondage to your life but not sure where to start? This fun and accessible introductory class will introduce you to the basics of kink and rope bondage. By the time you’re done you’ll have all the skills you need to safely and confidently start exploring bondage on your own.
This is a bondage class rather than a knots class, so our focus is on teaching a small number of versatile techniques that you can use in all kinds of ways. All the ties in the class are easy to learn and can be used for many different play styles.
The point of bondage is to connect with your partner, so we’ll also cover fundamental kink concepts like consent, safewords, negotiation, and aftercare. To help you put it all together, we’ll have fun demos of the techniques in action, along with suggestions for how to figure out what kind of kink works best for you.
Single students are welcome, but this class is most fun if you take it with a partner. We’ll provide practice rope if you don’t have your own. The 38 page color handout includes all the class material as well as additional ties to practice at home.

[Consent Academy] Consent and Leadership 3: Bias and Awareness Gaps
June 20, 2026 9:00 am - 11:00 am
online via Zoom
Purchase tickets here!
Humans have many biases and awareness gaps (things they don't know they don't know). As leaders, our biases and awareness gaps come together to not only affect how we respond to issues around consent, but they can also impact who feels welcome in our spaces and organizations for years to come.
In this workshop, we will practice identifying different types of bias, from cognitive to cultural, and after taking an honest look at the impact they've had on our spaces, we'll discuss how you can use your power as a leader to counter bias and create culture change.

[Consent Academy] Consent and Leadership 4: Writing Codes of Conduct
June 27, 2026 9:00 am - 11:00 am
online via Zoom
Purchase tickets here!
A code of conduct is essential to fostering a consensual space. Codes of conduct act as informed consent, letting people know what kind of behavior is desired and what is not tolerated. If they don’t agree to it, they don’t enter the space, and if they act against the code of conduct, they face consequences, including potentially not being welcome in the space anymore.
This workshop will give participants an understanding of the best practices for writing a code of conduct, as well as strategies for getting people to know it exists and to follow it. By the end, you'll have the beginnings of a draft, which you can send to Consent Academy to review.

Consent Academy is an educational collective founded in 2016 in Seattle, WA, currently with staff and volunteers all over the world. We believe consent is a part of everyday life, and its practice builds stronger, safer, and more connected communities. Our approach incorporates disciplines of psychology, sociology, public health, psychotherapy, and personal coaching to create a systemic view of how consent impacts everyone, from the bedroom to the boardroom.
The Consent Academy is a program of the Pan Eros Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit organization. All of our profits support our educational programming. For more information, visit us at www.consent.academy.

Seattle Nude, Erotic + Boudoir Photography Group
June 28, 2026 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Seattle Nude, Erotic + Boudoir Photography Group
Monthly Open-Shoot Meetup
4th Sunday of every month
5:00pm-8:30pm
Hosted at Gallery Erato
309 1st Ave S Seattle, WA 98104
Info: snebp@pan-eros.org
Overview
Seattle Nude, Erotic + Boudoir Photography Group exists to facilitate networking and the
creation of art in the PNW photography and modeling communities while providing a safer,
semi-public space to have first or repeated interactions with co-creators.
Beginning January 23rd, 2022 the group organizer, Thrice, will be running a monthly meetup where we discuss and shoot nude, erotic, and boudoir photos, share knowledge and inspiration, and network with others in our creative communities.
First hour free (5-6pm)
Suggested donation of $10 per person (6-830pm)
What to Expect
After an initial hour of mingling and conspiring, all the fun and excitement of creation starts
when we close the doors at 6pm. Come introduce yourself, mingle and meet, then we will collect donations, close the doors, and shooting can begin. At this point, no more attendees will be admitted so no new faces surprise you while you’re shooting. Some gear will be available to rent or borrow, we will go through the available supplies at the start of the event.
Open Shoot Format
Throughout the event, photographers, assistants, and models will use the large, versatile
shooting space to collaborate, have fun, and make art. Come with an idea in mind and a
photographer in tow or meet someone here and come up with a spontaneous shoot inspired by the surroundings and your model’s style. Bring all your own gear, ready to shoot, and explore the space to find the perfect spot. Take advantage of any down time to connect with your fellow creatives, find inspiration, share your knowledge and experience.
Consent + Consideration
Make sure that you have the consent of all bodies in your frame before you shoot. Watch your backgrounds and try not to walk through active shooting space you’re not participating in as a courtesy to all. Lingerie, suggested nudity, and nonsexual nudity are welcome throughout the space. We ask that explicit or overtly sexual acts (use your judgement, ask if you’re not sure) be shot downstairs. We will continually evaluate the ways we use the space and adjust for the comfort and needs of our community to best facilitate free creation. No one is required to shoot with anyone else or to shoot any content they do not wish to participate in. Pressure is unacceptable, both photographers and models are expected to take “No” as a complete sentence any time it is given.
Our Hosts + Facility
Gallery Erato and the Pan Eros Foundation are pleased to offer those who create art that
explores themes of sexuality, gender, relationships, identity, orientation, and love a place to
showcase and create their work.
