[Sold out] Holes in Friends: An introduction to needle play
[Sold out] Holes in Friends: An introduction to needle play
October 4, 2025 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Gallery Erato, 309 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104, USA
Purchase tickets here!
Come learn the foundational skills needed for all levels of needle play, from mean/sadistic needles to decorative/artsy scenes to predicament play as well as other pokie shenanigans. This class will focus on safety considerations, supplies, how to use them and where to get them and the technique on how to pierce someone by the end of class. Needle play carries an element of risk, learn what some of the significant risks are and how to mitigate them. You do not need any prior kink experience and this class is for tops, bottoms and switches. You do not need any supplies(needles, sharps containers, gloves and more), these will be provided per “pair/pods”. This class aims to be inclusive of all Identities regardless of gender, sex, age, and races. I am happy to accommodate anyone's (dis)abilites to the best of my ability.
You will benefit in this class by coming with a piercing partner(s). If you do not bring someone to pierce, you will need to share non-human practice supplies with other classmates in pods during class and either use practice supplies provided or pierce yourself in class during demo practice time. If you are choosing to self-pierce, I suggest bringing/wearing loose shorts.

One Long Rope: Making a connection in floor bondage
One Long Rope: Making a connection in floor bondage
October 8, 2025 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Gallery Erato, 309 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104, USA
Purchase tickets here!
Sure, you can learn fancy shibari harnesses from video tutorials. But while you’re busy perfecting your knots, your submissive might be wishing you’d just Master them instead. In this class, we shift the focus away from intricate patterns and back toward connection, sensation, and erotic flow.
One Long Rope is a hands-on rope bondage workshop that explores freestyle floorwork using a single 25–30 foot rope. We’ll move through a continuous sequence of transitions and positions designed to maintain contact, control, and intimacy. Rather than memorizing a pattern, you’ll learn to use rope for play, staying connected to your partner and present in the moment.
This class is intended to be hands-on, so bring rope, a partner, and a sense of curiosity. A basic understanding of the Single Column Tie is recommended; we’ll start with a brief refresher before diving into the sequence. Expect more time to tie, more chances to switch, and plenty of space for improvisation.
This class is designed for couples. You man attend solo, but be prepared to be partnered with a stranger for class exercises.
Important Information:
- Pay-what-you-can scholarships, funded by 4Culture, are available for all Pan Eros Foundation workshops. If you need financial assistance, please email Leah at assistdirector@pan-eros.org

Gallery Erato, 309 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104, USA

- Downstairs there will be a presentation of a more advanced skill. We’ll go ahead and program what those skills will be for 2025 in advance of the year. Thoughts might be spanking, flogging, single tail, caning… They may take the whole two hours provided for this event - particularly if time will be set aside for folks to actually practice the skills learned in this presentation.
- Open skillshare will also happen downstairs simultaneously with the advanced skills presentation. This is an opportunity for folks of all skill levels to mingle, talk about impact play, troubleshoot impact play, and practice impact play in a collaborative environment where observers will be able to ask questions of participants.

"Oops!" Harm Reduction, Intimacy, and Learning in Kink
"Oops!" Harm Reduction, Intimacy, and Learning in Kink
October 25, 2025 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
Gallery Erato, 309 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104, USA
Purchase tickets here!
Scenes are made and broken by how you adapt to the unexpected. Sometimes this means heading off or recovering from a major problem, but much more often it's small things. Did you notice that the other person is having a harder time than usual with one of their favorite toys? Why did you feel angry when the one thing happened and what did you do about it? Remember that time you made a radical pivot mid-scene and it was awesome? How do you respond to a broken whatever?
Nothing ever goes exactly the way you planned. External events happen, gear fails, ramifications occur. We run with something that's working unexpectedly well. We try new things and do them imperfectly or discover the fantasy was hotter. People make mistakes and are complicated. You can pre-think safety, own what happens, make course corrections, communicate, and choose to learn. These are things you can do before, during, and after play to decrease the risks of harm, and increase the benefits of error.
This class will include presentation on skills, and talking through real-life incidents small and large to practice the skills . Many of the incidents will be accompanied by video. Some of Russell's many imperfect moments have been recorded by camera crews, which provide a unique opportunity to dissect exactly what happened, why, how our awareness developed, what we did about it, and how that worked out.
Some of this material can be emotionally challenging, but you will come away from the class with tools for when you encounter the unexpected in your scenes.

Many of the typically recommended activities for D/s — protocol, service, orders — are very different when your D/s is long distance. But there are still so many options for control, play, and connection. For some people, long distance D/s has a variety of benefits that in person / short distance D/s doesn't have. Come chat, brainstorm, and share ideas of what has worked for long distance D/s; you'll leave with a plethora of ideas for power, control, and surrender, to implement in your own long distance relationships.

Seattle Nude, Erotic + Boudoir Photography Group
October 26, 2025 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Seattle Nude, Erotic + Boudoir Photography Group
Monthly Open-Shoot Meetup 4th Sunday of every month (Beginning January 23rd, 2022) 5:00pm-8:30pm Hosted at Gallery Erato 309 1st Ave S Seattle, WA 98104 Info: snebp@pan-eros.org
Overview Seattle Nude, Erotic + Boudoir Photography Group exists to facilitate networking and the creation of art in the PNW photography and modeling communities while providing a safer, semi-public space to have first or repeated interactions with co-creators. Beginning January 23rd, 2022 the group organizer, Thrice, will be running a monthly meetup where we discuss and shoot nude, erotic, and boudoir photos, share knowledge and inspiration, and network with others in our creative communities.
First hour free 5-6pm $10 per person 6-830pm
What to Expect After an initial hour of mingling and conspiring, all the fun and excitement of creation starts when we close the doors at 6pm. Come introduce yourself, mingle and meet, then we will collect the event fee and shooting can begin. At this point, no more attendees will be admitted so no new faces surprise you while you’re shooting. Some gear will be available to rent or borrow, we will go through the available supplies at the start of the event.
Open Shoot Format Throughout the event, photographers, assistants, and models will use the large, versatile shooting space to collaborate, have fun, and make art. Come with an idea in mind and a photographer in tow or meet someone here and come up with a spontaneous shoot inspired by the surroundings and your model’s style. Bring all your own gear, ready to shoot, and explore the space to find the perfect spot. Take advantage of any down time to connect with your fellow creatives, find inspiration, share your knowledge and experience.
Consent + Consideration Make sure that you have the consent of all bodies in your frame before you shoot. Watch your backgrounds and try not to walk through active shooting space you’re not participating in as a courtesy to all. Lingerie, suggested nudity, and nonsexual nudity are welcome throughout the space. We ask that explicit or overtly sexual acts (use your judgement, ask if you’re not sure) be shot downstairs. We will continually evaluate the ways we use the space and adjust for the comfort and needs of our community to best facilitate free creation. No one is required to shoot with anyone else or to shoot any content they do not wish to participate in. Pressure is unacceptable, both photographers and models are expected to take “No” as a complete sentence any time it is given.
Our Hosts + Facility Gallery Erato and the Pan Eros Foundation are pleased to offer those who create art that explores themes of sexuality, gender, relationships, identity, orientation, and love a place to showcase and create their work. This 6000+ square foot space in Pioneer Square spans 2 floors. The ground floor Gallery is fully accessible. There is a 3″ lip at the front entry and a ramp is available upon request. The lower level Studio is currently only accessible by stairs. We encourage the use of public transit or rideshare.
309 1st Ave S Seattle, WA 98104 https://www.pan-eros.org/galleryerato/
COVID Precautions As per King County guidelines, all attendees must present a valid vaccination record or negative test results within 72 hours of the event start time. Wash your hands frequently, keep your distance whenever possible, wear masks if you’re not modeling, and consider your COVID precautions when sharing gear.
