[Associated Event] What The Earth Knows Opening
[Associated Event] What The Earth Knows Opening
March 3, 2026 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Lottie’s Lounge 4900 Rainier Ave. S. Seattle, WA
What the Earth Knows - by artist Laura Lemoon.
https://everout.com/seattle/events/art-show-what-the-earth-knows/e231635/
Art show 3/3 from 7-10pm and artist talk 3/7 from 12-2pm. Free. No tickets or RSVP needed.
To kick off a month-long exhibit at historic Lottie’s Lounge at 4900 Rainier Avenue S, Laura LeMoon will host an opening night reception on March 3rd from 7-10pm. She will also be giving an art talk entitled “From Ridgway to Epstein” with special guests Jaelynn Scott and Madison Zack-Wu of Strippers are Workers (SAW).
LeMoon’s haunting, highly-acclaimed exhibition, “What the Earth Knows” depicts the sites where the Green River Killer’s victims were found. With Ridgway near death in Washington State Penitentiary, the show redirects the focus of who is centered in the aftermath, and the spirit of the show is about reclamation and celebration of those who have survived men like Ridgway or Epstein.
With photos all shot in Seattle landscapes that include swamps, intersections, forests, as well as suburban areas, they provide the observer with an opportunity to visualize both the upheaval and the disruption in the young women’s lives. The photos also evoke their spirit and collective memory. During the murderer’s confession he justified his killings by saying that due to their involvement in the sex trade, “no one would care” if they were murdered It appears he was wrong, and this project directly contradicts his callow assumption. Laura cares, and continued demand for this show — now in its its 10th exhibition — proves that the community cares, that the world cares.
“This curation honors those women; it exists as an outlet for reflection on them and is a love letter to current and former sex workers. Now is always the time to take our power back.” - Laura LeMoon
“What the Earth Knows” has won the following awards:
-
International Prize Leonardo da Vinci 2025, Effetto Arte Fondazione in Italy
-
2025 International Prize “Artists on the French Riviera”

Laura LeMoon is a visual artist and writer, as well as a former sex worker and sex trafficking survivor. Laura’s photo series has never before been seen by the public. Her writing on sex worker issues has appeared in such publications as The Huffington Post, The Daily Beast, Seattle Times, The Stranger, Salon, South Seattle Emerald, Bitch Magazine, Insider, and more. She has appeared on NBC News, Ashleigh Banfield Tonight, Netflix’s Now This, and has collaborated as policy advisor on sex work with numerous national and international entities such as the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, United States Department of Justice, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization, and City of Seattle. In October 2023 she testified before the United Nations Human Rights Committee at their headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland against the human rights abuses of the American government’s treatment of people in the sex industry.
LeMoon was born and raised in that state of Washington- which is also the same state where Gary Ridgway (also known as the Green River Killer) was convicted of the gruesome murder of 49 women, mostly people in the sex trade (with speculation that the number may have been more than 90 victims) between 1982 to 1998. [Cancelled] Sensual Sessions: Paint & Sip
[Cancelled] Sensual Sessions: Paint & Sip
March 13, 2026 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
**Today's Sensual Sessions event has been cancelled due to inclement weather. We will announce a new date soon.***
Sensual Sessions aims to create a relaxed space where through art you can explore the sensual planes of our bodies. Guests will create paintings that explore making shapes through light and shadow work on canvas. By the end of the class, guests should have one finished Acrylic on Canvas painting of the female form in a seductive pose. Admission includes a painting lesson with Genea Morrow canvas, paints, and brushes needed to create your painting.
Details:
Time doors open for socializing and settling in: 5:30 pm Time painting starts: 6 pm- 8 pm Tickets are only available in advance until 11pm on the Monday before the event.
About your painting instructor:
Genea Morrow is a self-taught artist and creative entrepreneur residing in Seattle. Her interest in art began in 2012 but veered in the direction of modeling and photography; it came full circle in a figure drawing class in 2017. She then took the time to fall in love with creating shapes out of shadow work using charcoal as her medium. It wasn’t until 2021 that she started to play in paint. Genea began a fulfilling career co-owning a children’s educational toy store, J.I.L.L.’s Toyshop, and launching Black Omi Art Co. Though her journey wasn’t always easy, she often opens up about her struggles with imposter syndrome and how she continuously works on her insecurities surrounding her late start to paint. She now creates paintings that tell her story, a story heavily influenced by her history with religion and spirituality, overshadowed by her exploration of her sensuality. Her work is centered around creating the feeling of familiarity, power, and freedom. To highlight the internal battles of feminine and masculine energies women may feel.

[Consent Academy] Consent and Leadership 7: Beyond the Ban: Options for Accountability
[Consent Academy] Consent and Leadership 7: Beyond the Ban: Options for Accountability
March 14, 2026 9:00 am - 11:00 am
online via Zoom
Purchase tickets here!
What happens after someone’s consent is violated? How do you support the person harmed? The person accused of harm? How do you even begin to work with something this emotional, complex, and charged?
For many leaders, the first response is to permanently ban the person accused of harm. But there are more options for accountability, each with pros and cons. This workshop provides an introduction to what different accountability processes can look like, centering harm reduction and transformation for all involved.
Who is the Consent and Leadership Series for?
Anyone in formal and informal positions of leadership who finds their work expanding to include issues around consent, such as ethics, interpersonal conflict, and harm. If you host events, teach, organize, manage, or supervise people; if you are just the one people go to when a problem around consent comes up; if you care about creating consensual spaces and have some power to influence others — then this series is for you.
Meet your instructor, Consent Academy Director Ariana Coveney:
Ariana has been a part of Consent Academy since 2018. She is an ordained Shingon Buddhist Monk, with a background in psychology, linguistics, and education focusing on violence prevention. She has lived and worked all over the world doing grassroots activism for LGBTQ+ rights and domestic violence prevention. Her perspectives on harm reduction and accountability are based in her Buddhism and her Choctaw cultural heritage.
What else should I know?

Tying With 4 Hands: Interactive Co-Topping in Rope
Tying With 4 Hands: Interactive Co-Topping in Rope
March 15, 2026 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Gallery Erato, 309 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104
Purchase tickets here!
With two tops we can tie rope with precision and still create a playful and connective experience; we can collaborate in real-time and let the rope flow seamlessly between two people. This type of co-topping is easier than it sounds, and it can lead to the hottest and most rewarding scenes you’ll experience in rope. We will practice co-topping both structured and unstructured ties with a focus on collaboration and play. We will explore interactions without rope, offers made between tops, and how we plan and negotiate for this type of scene.
This class is for tops and bottoms who want more play in their tying beyond just the application of rope. Top pairs should both be familiar with the same 2+ rope upper body harness, along with common frictions and knots. Tickets will be sold to three person groups only, with auditing tickets available.

[Consent Academy] Consent and Leadership 8: Personal Accountability for Leadership
[Consent Academy] Consent and Leadership 8: Personal Accountability for Leadership
March 21, 2026 9:00 am - 11:00 am
online via Zoom
Purchase tickets here!
Cancel culture, rumors, or simply letting people down can be terrifying in a culture of retaliation and punitive justice. This fear can create a kind of instinct to deflect, deny, or defend against any accusation of wrongdoing. But this never makes the problem disappear. Not taking accountability as a leader causes loss of trust, and can drive away valuable members of our communities and organizations.
Everyone has times when they need to take accountability, including those in leadership. As the face of an organization, sometimes you even have to take accountability for the actions of those you represent. Personal accountability for leadership comes with unique challenges, especially around making public statements, balancing confidentiality, transparency, and the reputation and stability of your organization. This workshop goes over best practices, helping leaders reduce their fears of owning mistakes, so they can act with integrity when it really matters.
Seattle Nude, Erotic + Boudoir Photography Group
Seattle Nude, Erotic + Boudoir Photography Group
March 22, 2026 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Gallery Erato, 309 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104, USA
Seattle Nude, Erotic + Boudoir Photography Group
Monthly Open-Shoot Meetup
4th Sunday of every month
5:00pm-8:30pm
Hosted at Gallery Erato
309 1st Ave S Seattle, WA 98104
Info: snebp@pan-eros.org
Overview
Seattle Nude, Erotic + Boudoir Photography Group exists to facilitate networking and the
creation of art in the PNW photography and modeling communities while providing a safer,
semi-public space to have first or repeated interactions with co-creators.
Beginning January 23rd, 2022 the group organizer, Thrice, will be running a monthly meetup where we discuss and shoot nude, erotic, and boudoir photos, share knowledge and inspiration, and network with others in our creative communities.
First hour free (5-6pm)
Suggested donation of $10 per person (6-830pm)
What to Expect
After an initial hour of mingling and conspiring, all the fun and excitement of creation starts
when we close the doors at 6pm. Come introduce yourself, mingle and meet, then we will collect donations, close the doors, and shooting can begin. At this point, no more attendees will be admitted so no new faces surprise you while you’re shooting. Some gear will be available to rent or borrow, we will go through the available supplies at the start of the event.
Open Shoot Format
Throughout the event, photographers, assistants, and models will use the large, versatile
shooting space to collaborate, have fun, and make art. Come with an idea in mind and a
photographer in tow or meet someone here and come up with a spontaneous shoot inspired by the surroundings and your model’s style. Bring all your own gear, ready to shoot, and explore the space to find the perfect spot. Take advantage of any down time to connect with your fellow creatives, find inspiration, share your knowledge and experience.
Consent + Consideration
Make sure that you have the consent of all bodies in your frame before you shoot. Watch your backgrounds and try not to walk through active shooting space you’re not participating in as a courtesy to all. Lingerie, suggested nudity, and nonsexual nudity are welcome throughout the space. We ask that explicit or overtly sexual acts (use your judgement, ask if you’re not sure) be shot downstairs. We will continually evaluate the ways we use the space and adjust for the comfort and needs of our community to best facilitate free creation. No one is required to shoot with anyone else or to shoot any content they do not wish to participate in. Pressure is unacceptable, both photographers and models are expected to take “No” as a complete sentence any time it is given.
Our Hosts + Facility
Gallery Erato and the Pan Eros Foundation are pleased to offer those who create art that
explores themes of sexuality, gender, relationships, identity, orientation, and love a place to
showcase and create their work.
This 6000+ square foot space in Pioneer Square spans 2 floors. The ground floor Gallery is fully accessible. There is a 3″ lip at the front entry and a ramp is available upon request. The lowerlevel Studio is currently only accessible by stairs. We encourage the use of public transit or rideshare.
309 1st Ave S
Seattle, WA 98104

COVID Precautions
All attendees are encouraged to be vaccinated and/or negative test results within 72 hours of the event start time. Erotic hypnosis is a marvelous engine for intimacy and erotic imagineering. Hypnotic trance state is a delicious altered state all by itself, but when we stir in suggestion and storytelling we uncover an internal universe that seems limitless. This class will serve as a guide through the first steps in your erotic hypnosis journey and will cover the myriad consent issues, safety, hypnotic induction and will begin to cover applications of hypnosis to our erotic lives.
Daniel and Ben have crafted this class to be a blend of theory and practice. There will be a small bit of group work (so come prepared to take a little trip into a trance-y headspace), but mostly the practical exercises will be paired. Optimally, you'll bring a partner to this event. If not, we will do our best to make sure everybody is paired with someone.
