Our skin is the barrier between us and the world. So many kinds of edge play involve the breaking of skin: needles, cuttings, brands, rough body play, just to name a few. Come explore the physical and psychological implications of breaking this barrier. Through a slide show and demonstration, Sophia will share detailed information about the tissue and structures that comprise our skin. Learn how to work with or against skin’s nature to further your scene or dynamic. How much do you want it to hurt? Do you want to have scars? The answers to these questions lie in understanding the skin’s anatomy. Special attention will be given to the topics of scarring and wound care. This is a class for both bottoms and tops, of all genders and orientations.

*Please note that at the present time we are utilizing Zoom for our online events. We are aware of the security concerns and are taking all necessary precautions on our end, including not recording this session.
