[Consent Academy] Neurodiversity and Consent
Neurodivergent people are an integral part of our society and communities. This workshop provides an opportunity to discuss and share information about neurodiversity and consent and ways of creating more accessible, trauma-informed spaces. We will talk about the complexity around it and give tips for how to navigate that complexity.
*Please note that at the present time we are utilizing Zoom for our online events. We are aware of the security concerns and are taking all necessary precautions on our end, including not recording this session. Please consider using a pseudonym and forgo uploading a photo of yourself while in the chat room. The chat function will be used so that participants can avoid speaking during the event.
This is an online class via Zoom. You must purchase your ticket in advance. Ticket sales end at TIME on the day of the workshop. Instructions for access will be emailed to you before the workshop begins.
No late entry will be allowed due to the intimate nature of this workshop. Access will be blocked at 10 minutes after the start time.

About the Educator:
Corby identifies as neurodivergent/neuroqueer and has been active in the Portland kink scene since 2014. For two year they organized a support group for survivors of abuse and have led workshops on promoting accessibility in sex positive spaces, supporting survivors of abuse, and consent and neurodiversity. Outside of the kink community they are very involved in advocacy for neurodivergent and disability communities and in particular promoting comprehensive sexual health education.
